"it was when i stopped searching for home within others
and lifted the foundations of home within myself
i found there were no roots more intimate
than those between a mind and body
that have decided to be whole"

About

Hi, I'm Abbie — I'm here to help you feel more confident, connected, and at home in yourself through therapy that's safe, authentic to you, and a little outside the box.
My work is collaborative, grounded in real connection, and built around you. You're the expert on your own life — I'm just here to help you hear yourself more clearly, get out of your own way, and actually feel the change you've been looking for. That includes topics people tend to consider "taboo" — pleasure, desire, sexual well-being, and intimacy. I'm a therapist who creates space for all of it, openly, warmly, and without judgment. Because feeling empowered in your life means feeling empowered in all of it.
Sessions with me aren't always just talking — we might pull up a song that says what you can't, fill a page with journaling or artwork, move your body to reconnect with it, or drop into a guided visualization that shifts something words alone never could.
I work with people who are new to therapy and ready to grow — whether that means building confidence, communicating better, or feeling more at home in yourself and your relationships. I'm especially passionate about supporting young adult women, LGBTQ+ folks, and people with ADHD who want practical, affirming support.
A little insight to my world!
When I'm not in session, you can catch me reading a book, exploring the outdoors on a hike, or hunting down the best cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich. I have two adorable pups who love to cuddle and might just make a surprise appearance during our sessions. My playlists are a blend of vibes, featuring artists like Chappell Roan, Kendrick Lamar, Polo & Pan, Lana del Rey, and Childish Gambino.
